October Association Meeting

Join us in the County Commission meeting room for a presentation by Ray Smock, former historian at the US House of Representatives and former Director of the Robert C. Byrd Center for Congressional History and Education, on the topic of “Congressional Oversight”. We will have a brief business meeting prior to the presentation. Please bring a bag of candy for our trick-or-treat events in Charles Town and Shepherdstown.
